Terms of Use
Welcome to Advance Medical Journal (AMJ). By accessing this website, registering an account, or submitting a manuscript to our portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our online services.
1. Intellectual Property & Open Access Publishing
AMJ is an Open Access journal. All peer-reviewed articles published on our platform are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, and build upon the published material, provided that the original author(s) and source are properly attributed and cited. Authors retain the copyright of their published work without restrictions.
2. User Accounts and Submission Integrity
When creating an account within our editorial tracking system, users must guarantee that:
- The profile credentials provided (academic affiliation, email, and identity) are current, accurate, and truthful.
- Account credentials (usernames and passwords) are kept secure and confidential to prevent unauthorized manuscript manipulation.
3. Author Responsibilities & Ethical Conduct
By submitting a manuscript to AMJ, the submitting author explicitly certifies that:
- The manuscript represents original work, has not been published previously, and is not currently under consideration by any other scholarly entity.
- The work complies with international ethical standards, including explicit patient consent (where applicable) and approval from relevant Institutional Review Boards (IRB) or Ethics Committees.
- All data, figures, and text within the document are authentic, and free from plagiarism, fabrication, or dual-submission practices.
4. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Authors are responsible for settling the designated Article Processing Charge (APC) of $150 USD upon the official acceptance of their paper. AMJ does not charge submission fees. Once an article has been peer-reviewed, accepted, typeset, and assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), the processing fee is non-refundable.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The medical research and opinions expressed in published articles are solely those of the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policies of AMJ or its editorial board. While we strive for rigorous peer-review, AMJ is not liable for any clinical or medical outcome resulting from the interpretation or application of the published data.
