1. Manuscript Format & Structure
All original research submissions must adhere strictly to the traditional IMRaD structural sequence:
Reference Style: Citations and references must follow the Vancouver style system. References should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text using Arabic numerals in superscript.

AMJ strictly follows international standards of publication ethics aligned with ICMJE guidelines.
- Human Subjects: All studies involving human clinical data must explicitly state approval from an independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) or local Ethics Committee, along with proof of patient consent.
- Declarations: Authors are legally required to declare any potential conflicts of interest and disclose all financial backing or funding sources within the cover letter.
Submission Process via Email
To maintain efficiency as a newly launched journal, our formal web submission portal is undergoing final tests. We are securely accepting all new submissions directly over standard encrypted editorial channels.
Prepare Assets
Format manuscript in IMRaD, apply Vancouver citations, and ensure clinical figures meet a 300 DPI threshold.
Address the Editor
Draft an official cover letter addressing the Editor-in-Chief, confirming original data and zero dual-submission.
Send to Desk
Dispatch files directly via email. Initial administrative screening takes 3–5 working days.
